Terms of Service

The Service is restricted to employees, contractors, and authorised representatives of CTG who have been issued a @cybertechguardians.com email address. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

• Share quiz or exam answers with other users.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, RLS, or authentication.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish training materials outside CTG.

All training content, scripts, sales tools, brand assets, and software made available through the Service are owned by CTG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the materials internally for your CTG role. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for any external purpose without CTG's prior written consent.

Certification is awarded when you complete every training module and pass the final exam at the published threshold. Certification is personal to you, not transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud, sharing of answers, or breach of these Terms.

Walkthrough calls booked through the Service are subject to availability. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Training materials, sales scripts, internal pricing, and client examples available through the Service are CTG confidential information. You must protect them with the same care as your own confidential information and not less than a reasonable standard of care.

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, leave CTG, or for legitimate operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, governing law) will continue to apply after termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice inside the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CTG is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
