Terms of Use

The Service is available only to CTG personnel and external learners authorised by CTG. External registration does not create employment, agency, partnership, authority to represent CTG, or any right to continued access. Access is personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

• Share quiz or exam answers with other users.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, RLS, or authentication.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish training materials outside CTG.

All training content, scripts, sales tools, brand assets, and software made available through the Service are owned by CTG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your authorised personal Academy training. You may not scrape, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, disclose, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or use the materials for a competing purpose without CTG's prior written consent.

Certification is awarded when you complete every training module and pass the final exam at the published threshold. Certification is personal to you, not transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through fraud, sharing of answers, or breach of these Terms. A certificate is not a professional licence, regulatory approval, employment guarantee or authority to provide technical, legal, regulatory, financial or insurance advice.

Walkthrough calls booked through the Service are subject to availability. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Training materials, sales scripts, internal pricing, and client examples available through the Service are CTG confidential information. You must protect them with the same care as your own confidential information and not less than a reasonable standard of care.

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, CTG, its users, customers, intellectual property or legal interests, or where these Terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and governing law, continue after termination.

The Service is provided for training and may be changed or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that general training content is suitable for a particular customer decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CTG is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice inside the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
