Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules of conduct for using the CTG Sales Guardian Academy platform (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Account integrity

  • One account per person — no shared logins.
  • Do not impersonate another user, employee, or client.
  • Keep your password and any 2FA factors confidential.

2. Training integrity

  • Do not share quiz or final-exam answers with other users.
  • Do not screenshot, screen-record, or copy questions to share externally.
  • Complete training and exams personally — no proxy users, no automation.

3. Confidential content

  • Treat sales scripts, pricing examples, and client case studies as CTG confidential.
  • Do not publish CTG training material to public blogs, social media, or third parties.
  • Do not include CTG content in proposals to clients unrelated to CTG without written approval.

4. Security

  • No attempts to probe, scan, or penetration-test the Service without written approval from CTG security.
  • No reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of underlying code, schemas, or AI prompts.
  • No uploading of malware, viruses, or malicious links to bookings or profile fields.
  • Report any suspected vulnerability to security@cybertechguardians.com and do not exploit or disclose it.

5. Communications

  • Bookings and notes must contain truthful, work-related information.
  • No harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content anywhere on the Service.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, revocation of any certification, and — for CTG personnel — internal disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. We will also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
