This Policy governs your access to and use of confidential information and intellectual property made available through the CTG Sales Guardian Academy (the "Service"), operated by Cyber Tech Guardians Ltd ("CTG").
1. Confidential material
All training modules, lessons, quizzes, sales tools, scripts, playbooks, videos, diagrams, documents and any related material accessible through the Service are confidential and the intellectual property of CTG or its licensors. This material is provided solely for each learner's authorised personal Academy training. Academy access does not itself authorise an external learner to represent CTG.
2. Your obligations
- Do not copy, download in bulk, redistribute, publish or share Academy material.
- Do not screenshot, screen-record or photograph Academy material for an unauthorised purpose.
- Do not disclose Academy material to competitors, prospects or the public.
- Do not use Academy material to train external AI systems or products.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share your login.
3. Ownership
All rights, title and interest in the Academy content, including copyright, trade marks and know-how, remain with CTG. No licence is granted to you other than the personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the material for your authorised training.
4. When your access ends
When your employment, engagement or authorised Academy access ends, you must stop using the Service and, where lawfully requested, return or delete copies of Academy material in your possession.
5. Breach
Breach of this Policy may result in immediate suspension of your account, disciplinary action where applicable, and appropriate legal proceedings.
